This website is run by Elizabeth Harding LLC FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This page explains what personal information the site collects, what happens to it, and how information is handled if you go on to work with Elizabeth.
What a website enquiry collects
If you send an enquiry, the form collects your name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your telephone number, whether you are relocating to the UAE or already here, which service you are interested in, and the intended timing of a move, together with whatever you write in your message. Nothing else is asked for, and nothing about your children is needed at this stage.
If you email or message directly, the same applies to what you include.
Why
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you decide to go ahead, to begin working together. Your details are not used for marketing, not added to a mailing list, and not sold. Nothing from a website enquiry is passed to a school.
During an engagement
If you engage Elizabeth, she will ask for the information the work needs, which usually includes details about your children and their schooling so far, through conversations, a family questionnaire and any documents you choose to send. It is used only for your family’s engagement.
Sharing with schools
Some engagements involve Elizabeth contacting schools on your family’s behalf, for example to check availability in a year group or to support an application. She shares only what is needed for that purpose, as agreed with you.
Who else handles it
The website and its enquiry form run on Vercel’s servers. Enquiries sent through the form are delivered to Elizabeth’s inbox by an email-delivery service, which also sends you a short acknowledgement, and they are stored by her email provider. These services act only on her instructions. The record the website keeps of each enquiry contains no personal details.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no advertising tools. It counts visits with Vercel Web Analytics, which records which pages are viewed, roughly where from (country and the referring website) and the type of device, together with which of the site’s buttons and links are used (never what anyone types into the form), without cookies and without identifying you or following you across other sites. It is used only to understand which pages are useful.
The home page shows recent posts from Elizabeth’s Instagram account. The pictures are delivered by Behold, a service that relays them from Instagram, so your browser requests them from Behold’s servers, as it would for any image on the web. No Instagram or Facebook code runs on this site.
How long it is kept
If an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, it is deleted within twelve months. If it does, your information is kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards only for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, at any time. Email enquiries@elizabethharding.com and it will be dealt with promptly.
