This website is run by Elizabeth Harding LLC FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This page explains what personal information the site collects and what happens to it.
What is collected
If you send an enquiry, the form collects your name, your email address, your telephone number if you choose to give it, and whatever you write in your message. Nothing else is asked for, and nothing about your children is needed at this stage.
If you email directly, the same applies to what you include in your email.
Why
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if you go on to instruct Elizabeth, to begin that engagement. Your details are not used for marketing, not added to a mailing list, and not sold or passed to anyone else, including schools.
Who else handles it
Enquiries sent through the form are delivered to Elizabeth’s inbox by an email-delivery service, and stored by her email provider. Both act only on her instructions.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools.
How long it is kept
If an enquiry does not lead to an engagement, it is deleted within twelve months. If it does, your information is kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards only for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted, at any time. Email enquiries@elizabethharding.com and it will be dealt with promptly.
